TMS services have been managing and providing cleaning services at Harrow Leisure Centre since April 2017. At the time, the ever increasing footfall was creating issues with service provision. In April 2018, cleaning standards have increased greatly and are keeping up with the still increasing footfall with contractors proving they care about the service they provide. Complaints have reduced, service standards have improved and clients have noticed the improvement in standards across the board. TMS have provided a robust cleaning programme that takes advantage of every hour of the day to ensure the service provided to users is of a high standard. In addition, having contractors who care about the service they provide is refreshing and pleasing.
